Ilavio 2891 handle on round rose

The Ilavio 2891 handle on a 50 mm round rose is made in Greece from a special zinc-aluminium alloy with an electroplated coating that improves wear resistance. It is reversible for left- and right-hand doors, and the internal spring mechanism is metal. The anchor is fixed to the spindle with a 3 mm hex key.

How to choose

Rose or backplate. A handle on a rose is the modern, minimal option; WC and cylinder escutcheons for it are bought separately in the same finish. A backplate handle already has a hole for a cylinder or a WC lock, so no separate escutcheon is needed.

Match the finish across the door. Choose hinges, escutcheons and door stops in the same finish as the ilavio 2891 handle on round rose (titanium), so the door looks consistent.

What else to add to the handle:

  • a latch: magnetic is quiet, with no clicking latch bolt; standard costs less;
  • for a bathroom or bedroom, a WC thumbturn and a WC latch;
  • for a door that locks with a key, a cylinder escutcheon and the cylinder itself.
