Warranty and certificate
Doors carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the shipping date. It covers manufacturing and material defects of the leaf, frame and trim.
What the warranty covers
Manufacturing and material defects — provided the doors were stored, transported, installed and used correctly. If the defect is confirmed, the doors are repaired or replaced free of charge.
Hardware
Handles, hinges, locks and other hardware are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty on its terms.
How to make a warranty claim

- Give your order numberYou will find it in the order message and the invoice.
- Describe the defect and add photosA few clear photos of the whole door and of the defect.
- Give the date and circumstancesWhen and how you noticed the defect.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by improper transport or storage.
- Natural wear from use: scratches, scuffs.
- Damage from factors beyond the manufacturer’s control: high room humidity, incorrect installation, etc.
Certificate of conformity
The doors and door sets we sell have the manufacturer’s certificate of conformity to European standards.
