How to choose
Rose or backplate. A handle on a rose is the modern, minimal option; WC and cylinder escutcheons for it are bought separately in the same finish. A backplate handle already has a hole for a cylinder or a WC lock, so no separate escutcheon is needed.
Match the finish across the door. Choose hinges, escutcheons and door stops in the same finish as the door handle on rose MIRA Z-1313 (polished bronze), so the door looks consistent.
What else to add to the handle:
- a latch: magnetic is quiet, with no clicking latch bolt; standard costs less;
- for a bathroom or bedroom, a WC thumbturn and a WC latch;
- for a door that locks with a key, a cylinder escutcheon and the cylinder itself.
