In-stock goods

In-stock goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if they have not been used and their condition and packaging are intact.

Made-to-order goods

Made-to-order and custom-size goods produced individually cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

Defects or damage in transit

Inspect the goods when you collect them at the carrier’s branch and record any damage together with the carrier’s staff. Contact us within 3 days with photos and we will replace the item or refund you.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days to your card or bank account. Return shipping for non-defective goods is paid by the buyer.
