The CCE Trend Plus mortise automatic door bottom, 930 mm, made in Italy, is designed for wooden and armoured doors and protects against draughts, smoke and noise. The self-extinguishing thermoplastic seal drops in stages, first on the hinge side and then on the handle side, with 14 mm of travel. The metal self-aligning hinged button with a nylon cap is adjusted with a 3 mm hex key; the profile is 6060 T6 aluminium alloy and the springs are galvanised steel. IFT Rosenheim sound-insulation certificate (50 dB), tested for 200 000 cycles; mounting screws are not included.

How to choose

How it works. An automatic drop seal is mortised into the bottom edge of the leaf and drops when the door closes, sealing the gap under the door.

Length. The seal length in millimetres is in the name — choose it to match the leaf width.

Installation. A mortise seal needs a groove in the bottom edge of the leaf.
